Welcome to Scarlett's Whimsy! This is the shop where beautiful hair accessories are made. The creator of these items, Rubie Lee, began her business a couple of years ago when her inspiration (her precious daughter, Scarlett (see photo below)) was born. This shoot was so much fun for us. It was our first product session and a chance to work with a group of lovely little models (including our own little one :)). The girls were fabulous and the Scarlett's Whimsy products spoke for themselves. Thank you, Rubie for such a great time.
